Although USB flash drives are the best solution for transporting data, CDs and DVDs are still very useful, at least for storing important files. Third party software have always been a preferred choice over the stock tools provided by Windows. When it comes to burning CDs or other optical media, there are many tools available on the market, but most of them are either too expensive or too complicated. With Astroburn Pro, you will not find any of these drawbacks. It is simple and effective, which is all you need to burn data to a CD.

Compatibility or system requirements are nothing to worry about. Even on an older computer, you could still run Astroburn Pro without any problems. Compatibility will not be an issue either. You can install the program swiftly on most Windows versions.

Unlike other similar programs, Astroburn Pro lets you get started immediately. A tree structure will let you browse through your files and folders directly on the main interface. Files and folders can be dragged and dropped over a list in the upper half of the window, in order to queue them for the burning process. When everything is ready, you can start burning by clicking one of the toolbar buttons. A new window will appear, where you can make the final settings, like selecting a burning speed, or choosing to finalize it.

Astroburn Pro can burn data on any optical media, including CDs, DVDs, even Blu-ray disks. You can also use it to erase re-writable disks, duplicate them, create virtual images and perform any other related process. The software's interface does not have multiple sections or options panels. Everything is done directly from the main window.
